Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing or using the Service, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

"The Service" means the ADHD+ app and any related websites, provided by Miciniti Technologies Limited ("we", "us", "our"). You may not copy, modify, or attempt to extract the source code of the app. All intellectual property in the Service remains with Miciniti Technologies Limited.

If you downloaded ADHD+ from the Apple App Store, these terms apply alongside Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Where the two conflict, these terms apply to the extent the law allows.

2. Description of Service

ADHD+ helps you build daily routines ("rituals"): checklists you can start from an alarm or notification, a daily timeline of what's next, and a record of your progress. Some features are free, and others need ADHD+ Pro. We may add, change or remove features over time.

3. Our Commitment

We aim to keep ADHD+ simple, private and dependable. We may change what's free and what's part of Pro, or introduce new paid features. If we do, we will explain clearly what you're paying for before you pay. We won't take away Pro features you have already paid for during the period you paid for them.

4. Data Protection

ADHD+ stores your data on your device. We don't run accounts or servers that hold your rituals, history or personal details. How we handle information is described in our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for keeping your device secure, for example with a passcode. Because we hold no copy of your data, we cannot recover it if your device is lost, reset, or the app is deleted without a backup.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Purchases through Apple. ADHD+ Pro is sold through the Apple App Store as a monthly subscription, a yearly subscription, or a one-time Lifetime purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Apple handles billing, renewals, cancellations and refunds; we never receive your payment details. Prices are shown in the app before you buy and may vary by country.

Automatic renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time in your Apple ID's subscription settings. Cancelling stops future renewals. You keep Pro until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Free trials. Where a free trial is offered, you won't be charged until the trial ends. If you don't cancel at least 24 hours before it ends, the subscription starts and you are charged. If your notifications are on, ADHD+ will remind you before the trial ends. Please don't rely on that reminder alone, since it can't be delivered if notifications are turned off or the app is deleted.

Lifetime. A Lifetime purchase is a one-time payment that unlocks Pro for as long as we offer the Service. It does not cancel a subscription or trial you already have. You need to cancel that yourself in your Apple ID settings. ADHD+ will prompt you to do this.

Refunds. Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's policies. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. We can't issue refunds directly.

If Pro ends. If your subscription ends, free plan limits apply again. Your rituals and history are kept, but rituals beyond the free limit may be paused until you subscribe again.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

  • Violate any intellectual property rights, including ours
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the app, or try to bypass its purchase checks
  • Distribute malware or harmful code through or alongside the Service
  • Use the Service for any illegal activity
  • Interfere with the operation of the Service
  • Resell, sublicense or redistribute the Service without our written permission

7. Content and Intellectual Property

You own what you create in ADHD+, such as the names of your rituals and their steps. Because that content stays on your device, we don't need or receive any rights to it.

We own all intellectual property rights in the Service, including the app, its design, text, graphics, ritual templates and logos. "ADHD+" and our logos may not be used without our permission.

8. Not Medical Advice

ADHD+ is a personal organization tool. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, or replace care for ADHD or any other condition. Questions about diagnosis or ADHD type, and any medication-related steps or reminders, are there to help you organize your day, not as medical guidance. Always follow the advice of a qualified healthcare professional, especially about medication.

9. Alarms, Reminders and Data Loss

We work hard to make alarms and reminders dependable, but we can't guarantee they will go off. Device settings, operating system behavior, low battery, Focus modes, denied permissions or software errors can stop them. Do not rely on ADHD+ as your only reminder for anything critical, such as taking medication at a specific time, waking for something you can't miss, or safety-related tasks.

Your data lives on your device. Keep your device backed up if you want to be able to restore it. We are not responsible for data lost through device loss, resets, app deletion, or errors.

10. Service Availability

ADHD+ works offline. Features that depend on Apple's services, such as purchases, restoring purchases, alarms and notifications, depend on those services being available. We don't guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for interruptions.

11. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, or any harm arising from a missed alarm or reminder. To the extent we are liable, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for ADHD+ in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Miciniti Technologies Limited from claims, losses and expenses arising from your misuse of the Service or your violation of these terms.

13. Service Updates

We may release updates to fix problems, improve the app, or meet operating system requirements. Some features may need you to install the latest version. Older versions may stop working correctly over time.

14. Termination

You can stop using ADHD+ at any time by deleting the app. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription; manage that in your Apple ID settings.

We may suspend or end your access to the Service if you violate these terms, or discontinue the Service. If we discontinue the Service, active subscriptions will not renew.

15. Dispute Resolution

If you have a problem, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it informally. Where the law permits, disputes that can't be resolved informally will be settled by binding arbitration. You and we waive the right to participate in class actions, where legally permissible.

16. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to conflict of law principles.

17. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes in the app or on our website and update the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use ADHD+ after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
