Awake is only the first step
Alarmy's listing describes missions you complete to stop the alarm: maths, memory games, shaking or squats.
ADHD+ is built for what happens next. Being awake doesn't tell you what to do first, and that's the point where a morning tends to drift. So each routine gets its own alarm, you start the routine from the alarm, and its checklist opens. You're not standing in the kitchen wondering what came next.
No missions, just your first step
ADHD+ has no maths, squats or photo checks. It gives you a first step that's small and already written down, like "feet on the floor" or "drink water", and you tick it when it's done.
Each alarm can be a real alarm that rings through silent mode, or a gentler notification. Use a real alarm for getting up and a soft one to start your wind-down, with no single setting for the whole day.
An alarm with nothing running behind it
ADHD+ schedules alarms with the phone's own alarm system, so they ring with the app closed. There's nothing to keep open overnight.
There are also no ads and no analytics. Your routines and progress stay on your phone, and the app works fully offline.
An alarm for the whole day
A routine doesn't have to mean the morning. ADHD+ has templates for leaving the house, starting a focus block, shutting down work and winding down, each with its own alarm. The daily timeline shows what's next today in one view.
The free version covers 3 routines of up to 3 steps each, with no time limit. Pro lifts the limits for $5.99 a month or $34.99 a year, and it's also sold as a one-time Lifetime purchase.
Alarmy prices above are the in-app purchase prices on its US App Store listing, checked October 30, 2026. Any of these can change.
ADHD+ is an organization tool, not a medical treatment. For questions about diagnosis or medication, talk to a clinician.
