An alarm, not another plan to check

ADHD+ doesn't ask you to keep a plan in view. Each routine has its own alarm, either a real alarm that rings through silent mode or a gentler notification, set per alarm. You start the routine from the alarm, and its checklist opens.

The point is that the day comes to you. You don't need to remember to open a planner, because the routine that matters right now is ringing.

No AI between you and your routine

Tiimo's listing describes an AI co-planner as the center of the app. ADHD+ has no AI. A routine is a checklist you picked from a template or wrote yourself, and when something changes, you edit it directly.

That also means your routine never changes unless you change it. Open it tomorrow and it's what you left there today, which matters a lot when a morning runs on doing the same few things in the same order.

Everything stays on your phone

ADHD+ has no account and no analytics. Your routines and progress are stored on your device, and the app works fully offline. The only network use is purchases through Apple or Google and, on iPhone, a daily App Store version check.

ADHD+ doesn't sync between devices, so a routine stays on the phone you made it on. In return, there's nothing to sign in to and nothing about your day on anyone's server.

A free version with the real features

The free version of ADHD+ covers 3 routines of up to 3 steps each, with alarms, the timeline, checklists and the last 7 days of progress. There are no ads and no time limit.

Pro lifts the limits for $5.99 a month or $34.99 a year. It's also sold as a one-time Lifetime purchase, for anyone who'd rather not hold another subscription.

Tiimo prices above are the in-app purchase prices on its US App Store listing, checked October 30, 2026. Any of these can change.

ADHD+ is an organization tool, not a medical treatment. For questions about diagnosis or medication, talk to a clinician.
